Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Development to lead strategic planning, design, execution and interpretation of Phase I–IV trials across therapeutic areas, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance.

You will establish protocols, oversee clinical teams, manage investigator relationships, evaluate safety data and develop clinical development plans while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• MD degree is required.
• 9+ years in clinical science or medical affairs within pharma/biotech.
• At least 7 years of leadership and management experience.
• Deep knowledge of ICH/GCP and FDA regulations.
• Proven experience in clinical trial design and analysis.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Author and review scientific documents and serve as a clinical expert and liaison.
