Advyzon seeks a Senior Director, Head of Client Operations in Chicago to lead client service and billing teams and scale onboarding for the AIM platform. You will own operations, ensure data integrity, and maintain high service standards while partnering across technology, product, compliance, and investment management.

The role requires 10+ years in financial services, strong leadership, and a track record of implementing scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services operations or client service.
• Demonstrated leadership managing client service, operations, or billing teams.
• Strong understanding of RIA/TAMP/custodial workflows and onboarding.
• Experience designing scalable procedures and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client service and billing operations teams.
• Serve as escalation point for complex service and billing issues.
• Oversee advisor onboarding and training for scalable onboarding.
• Own operational workflows and documentation across service, onboarding and billing.
• Ensure data integrity across custodians and internal systems.
• Monitor workflows and capacity to scale with growth.
• Drive process improvements and service standards.
• Collaborate with technology, product, compliance, and investment teams.
