Job summary

Somatus is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead CKD/ESRD clinical programs and optimize workflows. You will drive program roadmaps, define KPIs, and collaborate with product, data, and payer teams to deliver evidence-based care improvements.

The role requires on-site work in McLean, VA, and a strong background in healthcare population health and project leadership. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of related experience.
• Clinical licensure required (RN, NP, RD or PharmD).
• Experience working with clients and external stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in documenting and analyzing complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop program roadmaps and translate into tactical plans with product teams.
• Lead development of CKD & ESRD clinical programs and define goals and KPIs.
• Assess and optimize programs for cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Oversee clinical and operational workflows; refine as needed.
• Ensure programs comply with NCQA, Medicaid, SNP and other regulations.
• Interface with senior executives during client meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate with payer partners to gather requirements and drive projects.
• Develop collateral and training materials for clinical programs.
