Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years of increasing responsibility and complexity in leadership roles.
• Direct experience with dental consultant ecosystems and channel/referral programs.
• Experience negotiating partnership agreements with legal and strategy teams.
• Strong data fluency and ability to influence executive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the channel partnership strategy, organization and P&L, and drive multi-year growth.
• Lead the channel partnerships team and set structure, goals and performance standards.
• Manage budget, revenue targets and report ROI and enterprise outcomes.
• Build and scale consultant networks and formalize referral programs with marketing.
• Oversee partner operations, lead routing, reporting and SLAs.
• Lead contracting and negotiations with prospective partners in collaboration with Legal.
