The Senior Director of Clinical Chemistry & Immunoassay Portfolio Strategy & Business Development for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay portfolio strategy and driving inorganic innovation through business development activities. This senior leader will lead development of business unit & portfolio strategy and manage its evolution through the Strategic Innovation Review process. They will partner with Danaher, Platform, and OpCo functions to access technology assets or capabilities through M&A, licensing, and/or partnership agreements. They will also work with R&D, Program, and Product Management to transition OI into NPD processes. This highly visible role interacts and influences at the executive levels of the company and platform.
This position is based at our Immunoassay Center of Excellence in Chaska, Minnesota, and is intended to be onsite. Qualified candidates not near Chaska may be considered for remote work. Our mission is to Relentlessly Reimagine Healthcare, One Diagnosis at a Time.
You will be part of the Clinical Chemistry & Immunoassay Product and Program Management leadership team and report to the Vice President, Clinical Chemistry & Immunoassay Innovation, Product & Program Management. The salary range is $215,000 - $260,000, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits including paid time off, insurance, and 401(k).
