Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director of Strategic Carrier Relations to lead partnerships with benefits carriers and brokers, focusing on API integrations with ADP Workforce Now. You will drive growth of new partnerships and strengthen existing ones while delivering seamless, high-quality carrier integrations for Workforce Now Benefits clients.

You will leverage industry expertise to onboard carriers, reduce errors, and enhance digital experiences, traveling up to 30% within the continental US as needed.

Qualifications

7+ years’ experience in a client service and/or implementation environment and/or management in HR/Benefits/Insurance Product development and management with direct client or partner interaction.
Strong business and financial acumen, communication and presentation skills, and sound judgment.
Experience partnering with internal and external cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic relationships with benefits carriers and brokers to onboard and integrate APIs with ADP Workforce Now.
Improve client experience by optimizing carrier integration processes and leveraging modern API technology.
