CSL is recruiting a Senior Director of Cardiovascular & Renal Global Commercial Development in Massachusetts. The role serves as the commercial voice within the R&D Product Strategy Team, driving early strategy, TPPs/TPCs, market shaping, and lifecycle planning across multiple indications.

The successful candidate will shape TA strategy to maximize asset value, lead cross-functional partnerships, and drive inorganic growth through acquisitions and collaborations, influencing portfolio balance

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in commercial development, strategy or analytics in pharma/biotech.
• Advanced degree in Business or Life Sciences.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
• Experience in BD+L/M&A, analytics, consulting or commercial strategy.

Responsabilités

• Define the commercial direction for new MOA and disease areas.
• Lead a cross-company co-development/co-promotion partnership.
• Serve as the commercial representative in R&D PST, shaping early product strategy and LCM planning.
• Develop and execute multi-indication Product Strategy to maximize asset value.
• Drive inorganic growth through partnerships, acquisitions, and collaborations.
• Collaborate with global teams to align strategy and investments across markets.
