About the Team:
As the Senior Director, Campaigns - leading an Experience Campaign, you will report to the Head of Growth Marketing Campaigns, and lead a team of growth marketers in support of the Medidata brand and Life Sciences Engagement (LSE) portfolio of brands. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creation, execution, and measurement of a Data, Study or Patient Experience specific demand generation program globally to drive leads and opportunities. The successful candidate will be a leader in program development and possess exceptional creativity, collaboration, relationship building, and managerial skills, along with the ability to innovate and scale.

The salary range posted below refers only to positions that will be physically based in theNew York Metro Area. As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than the New York Metro Area, may differ based on the local market data in that region. The base salary pay range for this position is $157,500 - 210,000.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
