Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks a Senior Director of CAHPS / HOS Strategy & Performance to lead measures, drive performance, and oversee experience strategies across provider engagement, member outreach, analytics, and improvement initiatives.

Based remotely in the U.S., the role partners with national and regional leaders, directs a 4-8 person team, and advances Stars goals while ensuring accountability and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare quality, Stars, or related fields.
• 5+ years of leadership leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency with Office, analytics, and BI tools.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Consumer-first mindset with drive for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of CAHPS/HOS strategies and roadmaps.
• Serve as SME in CAHPS, HOS, member experience, and performance improvement.
• Develop and oversee member engagement strategies across channels.
• Identify and implement operational improvements for quality and experience.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams in strategic programs and initiatives.
• Establish KPIs and use analytics to drive performance and accountability.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and vendor performance for measures.
