Quotient Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development in Cambridge, MA to lead partnering, asset in-licensing, and market intelligence activities. Reporting to the CFO, this role shapes the company’s portfolio and strategy by identifying external opportunities and executing high-value partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in biotech/pharma BD with deal leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong financial judgment in a fast-paced, early-stage setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, business; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma business development, corporate strategy, licensing, or related.
• Proven experience in biopharma partnerships and licensing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with scientific, clinical, and corporate objectives.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with pharma, biotech, academic, and other strategic partners.
• Lead partnerships from identification through valuation, negotiation, and execution.
• Develop materials including assessments, rationales, valuations, and executive presentations.
