Job summary

Kymera Therapeutics seeks a senior business development leader to drive partnerships and strategic alliances. You will identify, evaluate, and close opportunities while coordinating across R&D, legal, and finance to optimize value.

You will manage transactions end to end, develop financial analyses, and present compelling partnering materials to external teams and executives. A PhD/MD/MBA and 8+ years in biopharma are expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree reflected in scientific fluency and business acumen.
• 8+ years in business development, corporate development, or strategy consulting in biopharma.
• Experience across full deal lifecycle: sourcing, diligence, negotiation, structuring.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive Kymera’s BD strategy, positioning platform and pipeline for partnerships.
• Identify and close strategic opportunities with biopharma partners.
• Own transactions end to end from opportunity to signature with R&D, legal, finance and counsel.
• Lead cross-functional diligence teams and prepare partnering materials.
