Job summary

Allergan is seeking a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background for a role in the AbbVie Product Development Science and Technology team. This position will lead the analytical CMC control strategy for biologics, ensuring effective method development and validation.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience, ideally 10+ years, in research, and a proven track record of innovation and effective team collaboration. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• 18 years of related work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, 16 years with a Master's, or 10 years with a PhD.
• Experience in research and/or development environment.
• Proven ability to innovate with a history of new or improved product releases.

Responsibilities

• Drive analytical control strategy and determine critical quality attributes.
• Establish collaborations to ensure delivery of analytical BLA-enabling activities.
• Set team strategies and manage resources.
