Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a leader to drive architecture and engineering for its enterprise AI and data platform, focusing on self-serve data, AI, and agentic AI strategies.

You will define target-state architecture, standards for data products and governance, and lead secure AWS and Databricks infrastructure, while guiding the agentic AI stack and platform roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in platform or data engineering, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Deep expertise with AWS data/AI services, Databricks, and building agentic AI systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, distributed systems, cloud security, and GxP/regulatory environments.
