Responsibilities

Develop strategic plans to improve engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
Collaborate with product management to translate requirements into actionable plans.
Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and project timelines.
Mentor engineering managers and individual contributors to maintain high morale.
