Job summary

Gartner, Inc. seeks a Senior Director Analyst focused on AI-driven compute architecture and custom silicon to lead market insights and strategy for clients globally.

The role combines rigorous research, thought leadership, and executive-level communication to shape discussions on AI models, ASICs, and related technologies. You will own quantitative market models, translate AI use cases into demand forecasts, and deliver presentations at major Gartner events while collaborating with BTI and Sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electronics, semiconductor engineering, software engineering or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in semiconductors or related industry, with AI platforms/compute architecture focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage clients and present insights.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, must-have insights content for Gartner clients.
• Develop in-depth analysis to identify root causes and drive client strategy forward.
• Present high-value materials at Gartner events and client briefings; support sales with market insights.
