Job summary

Fairview seeks a Senior Director responsible for eight ambulatory and surgery center functions, including Excellence and Care Delivery, Finance, HR, and Compliance. The role drives policy development, budgeting, and process improvement while serving as a leader to medical staff and operations teams.

Key duties include coordinating with senior leaders, championing process improvements, and maintaining strong employee engagement and customer satisfaction across departments.

Qualifications

• M.A./M.S. in Leadership, Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5 years in healthcare
• 5 years progressive management
• Ability to communicate effectively in front of large groups
• Ability to analyze and synthesize a broad range of data elements
• Ability to work effectively with and integrate interests of multiple disciplines
• Ability to develop and nurture physician relationships in a variety of practice areas, including Perioperative, Orthopedics, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Pediatrics, etc.
• Demonstrated skills in human resources management, interpersonal communications, financial management, risk management, regulatory compliance and program development
• Entrepreneurial and market orientation including high customer service orientation
