Job summary

Vantage Group seeks an Assistant Director, Operations, GRB to lead safe, secure, and compliant operations at Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB). You will oversee airfield and landside maintenance, terminal facilities, and infrastructure, while guiding environmental and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration or related field.
• 8 to 10 years of progressive multi-disciplinary airport experience.
• Certified Member (C.M.) or Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.) designation preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required airport security clearances and access privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across airport operations, maintenance, facilities, housekeeping, and infrastructure.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, including labor forecasting and resource planning.
• Lead regulatory plan development (ACM, ASP, Snow/Ice plans) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee environmental compliance and incident response coordination with regulators and stakeholders.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, testing of the Airport Emergency Plan, and drills.
• Represent GRB with partners and stakeholders to advance opportunities for the airport and its community.
