Job summary

McKesson’s CoverMyMeds seeks a Sr Director of Shared Capabilities & Engagement Experience to lead platform engineering, developer portals and partner engagement across CMM. You’ll own three workstreams: Shared Platform, Subscription Portal, and Internal Developer Portal, with AI-native tooling and GitOps at the core.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of software engineering with leadership in platform/shared services at scale.
• Deep fluency in GitOps and IaC (Terraform) as operating standard.
• Experience building internal developer portals and external API products.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy for shared platform capabilities, portals, and partner engagement.
• Lead two engineering teams and establish engineering excellence standards.
• Drive DORA metrics and promote automated, AI-enabled tooling across platforms.
• Collaborate with Security, MT, and Product to align roadmaps and governance.
