Job summary

Strativ Group in San Francisco seeks a Product & Strategy Lead to own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial trajectory of our AI-driven materials discovery platform. You will align deep scientific insight with enterprise software leadership, working with engineers and scientists across catalysis, battery design, PFAS-free chemicals, and rare-earth magnets.

Qualifications

• Significant enterprise software product experience.
• Deep domain expertise in materials science or chemistry.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with GTM for technical products.
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap, translating materials science insight into a coherent platform direction.
• Collaborate hands-on with engineers and scientists to shape features with technical credibility.
• Drive commercial strategy across pricing, packaging, distribution, and procurement with Sales and BD.
• Cross-functionally connect insights across catalysis, battery chemistry, PFAS alternatives, and rare-earth magnets; identify adjacent applications.
• Represent the product vision to internal and external stakeholders, including major program milestones and grants such as a $500m Chips grant.
• Continuously refine strategy, positioning, and GTM materials based on feedback from customers and markets.
• Build and lead a high-performing team.
