Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Sr. Director of Product Management for DealCloud, focusing on the Legal vertical. You will guide vision, roadmap, and delivery for Activator and DealCloud for Legal, leading a team and collaborating with stakeholders across our legal client base to meet their needs.

You will drive AI-enabled enhancements, manage backlogs with engineering, and work with sales and GTM to expand adoption. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience with B2B cloud-based SaaS used by law firms.
• Proven product management leadership and roadmapping experience.
• Experience with CRM-like legal/business development products.
• Experience in Legal, Accounting, Consulting, Financial Services or Real Assets domains.
• Experience developing and shipping AI products.
• Strong collaboration, consensus-building and influence across teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with engineering at API/SDK level.
• Ability to articulate technical features in business terms with stories and presentations.
• Data-driven analytical mindset and problem solving.
• Willingness to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field; MBA ideal.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for DealCloud Activator enhancements and AI signals.
• Lead discovery sessions with clients to identify opportunities for analysis.
• Own roadmap for site areas and communicate plans to management.
• Collaborate with engineering to manage backlog and quarterly releases.
• Incorporate AI/ML to differentiate the solution and add value.
• Coordinate with sales, product marketing, and GTM teams for customer engagement.
• Explain strategy to executives and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Make build-vs-buy-vs-integrate decisions focused on client outcomes.
