Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in product management, digital product strategy, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience leading client‑facing engagements with Directors, VPs, and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Strong consulting skills, including executive communication, workshop facilitation, structured problem‑solving, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to define and mobilize product operating models including governance, roles, and delivery models.
• Experience using AI to create value across product strategy, delivery, and customer experience.
• Familiarity with agentic workflows, AI governance, and responsible adoption considerations.
• Leadership, collaboration, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on digital product strategy and AI‑enabled change.
• Advise senior stakeholders on product vision, investment priorities, governance, and ways of working.
• Define product strategies linking customer needs, business goals, and technical realities into actionable plans.
• Mobilize operating models, including roles, governance, and team structures for delivery.
• Assess current capabilities and develop target‑state roadmaps and transformation plans.
• Mentor team members and contribute to business development with thought leadership.
