Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, digital product strategy, consulting, transformation, or related work.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams and managing stakeholder relationships with senior leaders.
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, or operating model recommendations.
• Strong communication, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mobilize product operating models including governance, roles, and team structures.
• Experience using AI to augment work and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams across client engagements focused on digital product strategy, product operating model transformation, and AI-enabled change.
• Conduct assessments of product organizations, development practices, governance, and delivery models.
• Support development of product strategies connecting customer needs, business priorities, market context, and technical realities.
• Help define and mobilize the operating model required to deliver product strategy, including governance and blended client/Accenture teams.
• Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve product development and customer outcomes.
• Structure and synthesize research and stakeholder input into clear recommendations.
• Facilitate working sessions with client stakeholders across business, product, design, engineering, and data teams.
• Create client-ready presentations and high-quality deliverables.
