The role leads website strategy, AI enablement, and customer experience optimization, unifying efforts under a single vision to drive growth and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in digital experience or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record building enterprise digital programs and high-performing teams.
• Experience leading large-scale website transformations and customer journey optimization.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, large language models, and analytics-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Acrisure's enterprise digital experience vision, strategy, and roadmap across all digital channels.
• Lead customer journey optimization across buyer and client lifecycle.
• Partner with executives to align digital investments with growth objectives.
• Establish governance, processes, and best practices for scalable digital experiences.
• Develop personalization and journey strategies across web, content, campaigns, and AI-enabled channels.
• Own digital performance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes via digital innovation.
