Qualifications

18+ years of experience in supply planning
8+ years in roles leading teams or projects
Proven experience leading global teams
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and MRP
Experience implementing planning tools and driving their adoption
Experience in data centers, AI, networking systems, or HPC products
MBA or advanced technical degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end supply planning strategy and governance, supporting business objectives and revenue goals
Develop and evolve a scalable planning framework spanning chips, networking, memory, capacity, and server manufacturing
Ensure integrity of planning data inputs (BOMs, yields, cycle times) with proper cadence
Accelerate time-to-market by reducing supply chain complexity and using AI-based planning methodologies
Manage and develop direct reports across the supply chain organization
