McKesson Senior Director, Global Technical Controllership in Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid) leads the Advisory and Technical Accounting pillar, partnering with executives to guide strategic accounting decisions and policy governance.

The role requires 12+ years in accounting, CPA, and strong GAAP/SOX expertise. You will oversee complex transactions, coordinate with external auditors, and champion technology-driven controls and analytics.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, technical accounting, or related fields.
• Experience leading senior accounting professionals and complex, enterprise-wide responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to advise executive management on accounting, transaction, or financial reporting matters.
• Strong communication skills for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• CPA license required; Big Four public accounting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for the Advisory, Valuations & Technical accounting pillar of GTC.
• Oversee governance of enterprise GAAP accounting policies and internal controls
• Advise executive leadership on significant accounting, M&A, and reporting matters
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure audit efficiency and accuracy
• Drive use of technology, data analytics, and AI in accounting advisory processes
