Base pay range

$450.00/daily - $600.00/daily

Bustle Digital Group is seeking a Senior Director, Account Management for our Client Experience team, on a contract basis, to cover a maternity leave beginning at the end of May, running through the end of Q3, 2025. This role is client-facing and responsible for executing post-sale production for media & custom content campaigns across the East Coast and Midwest. The successful candidate will coordinate internal resources to meet campaign expectations and contractual obligations, act as a customer advocate, and liaise between teams.

This is an independent contractor (1099) engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-sale client success, branded content production, and media execution—capable of owning the business during the engagement.

Time Commitment: 4 days/week (preferably Tuesday–Friday)

Location: Remote (EST hours required; access to NYC office)

Scope of Work
  • Provide top-tier service by independently managing active programs, overseeing multiple elements, and acting as the primary client contact post-sale.
  • Understand all campaign elements & strategies to ensure objectives are met.
  • Create and maintain all post-sale documentation, including kick-off agendas, scope-of-work documents, and campaign trackers.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for ad design and assemble campaign materials.
  • Collaborate with Ad Ops to monitor implementation, QA media, and optimize KPIs.
  • Work with Creative Studio teams on custom content deliverables like articles, social media posts, influencer activations, videos, and photos.
  • Manage project timelines using Monday.com to ensure deliverables are on schedule.
  • Partner with Distribution Marketing for content distribution and performance management.
  • Analyze campaign metrics with Reporting & Insights team, provide optimization recommendations, and prepare end-of-campaign reports.
Candidate Profile
  • 7-10 years in advertising, agency, or publisher environments.
  • Available to work EST hours, 4 days per week.
  • Strong client service record.
  • Experience in branded content and media execution is essential.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Keynote, Excel, Google Suite, Monday.com preferred.
