Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee a high-volume, 24/7 distribution center. You will lead daily operations, align with cross-functional teams, and drive safety, quality, and cost performance.

This role demands extensive warehouse leadership, KPI focus, and the ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives while delivering best-in-class service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse/distribution center operations; at least 4 years in a leadership role (multi‑shift or multi‑site preferred).
• Experience in high-volume, time-sensitive distribution (beverage, FMCG, or similar environment a plus).
• Proven track record of managing and developing front‑line teams and supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS systems, inventory control, and safety practices.
• Ability to work flexibly in support of 24/7 operations (evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call as needed).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills; comfortable working with KPIs and data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence across different functions and levels.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct leadership and operational oversight for the distribution center, overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly operating plans for receiving, put‑away, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch.
• Lead warehouse leadership teams; evaluate performance and address gaps; support HR onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Champion a strong safety culture; ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations; conduct safety walks and corrective actions.
• Oversee inventory control, improve picking accuracy and reduce variances; monitor service levels and SOP adherence.
• Develop short-term plans toward continuous improvement goals for Cost, Quality, Turn time, Safety, and Environment.
• Manage labor planning, staffing levels, and shift structures to control overtime; track KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal partners and communicate constraints, risks, and recovery plans.
• Drive standardization of processes and lead improvement projects; ensure adoption and training.
• Ensure 24/7 readiness and contingency planning; liaison with GM for capacity planning.
