Are you looking for a leadership role where you can genuinely influence the direction of a growing market research consultancy, rather than being another cog in a large organisation?

Our client is an entrepreneurial, specialist life sciences consultancy partnering with leading pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies to solve complex commercial challenges across the product lifecycle. As they continue their impressive growth, they're looking for an experienced Director to combine strategic consulting, client leadership and business development within a highly collaborative environment where your ideas will genuinely shape the future of the business.

What you’ll do

As a Director, you'll take ownership of strategic client relationships whilst helping drive the continued growth of the business. This is a genuine seller-doer role where you'll balance commercial leadership with hands-on delivery of high value strategic engagements.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading multiple strategic consulting and market research engagements across pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients.
• Acting as the senior point of contact for key client accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships.
• Driving business development through both new client acquisition and growth of existing accounts.
• Providing strategic guidance across complex commercial challenges including product strategy, segmentation, launch planning and portfolio optimisation.
• Leading and mentoring project teams whilst supporting the development of future leaders.
• Contributing to thought leadership and helping evolve the business towards an increasingly strategy-focused offering.
