Job summary

Keystone Human Services seeks Advanced Direct Support Professionals to provide person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism in Waterford, CT.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience supporting individuals with challenging medical needs and/or behaviors or dual diagnosis.
• Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support adults by creating a healthy, engaging home setting and teaching daily living skills.
• Assist with personal care and advocate for health and wellness of individuals served.
• May administer medications and monitor health under nurse supervision; follow emergency protocols and behavior support plans.
