Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a DSP 1 in a YAI program.
• Must hold foundational certifications: SCIP-R, CPR, and AMAP certification.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting individuals.

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of individuals supported.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
• Implement and follow Behavioral Support Plans as needed.
