Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of work experience with persons with disabilities or high acuity.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Care Team Manager with day-to-day operations of the home.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide quality care and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Administer medications as needed.
• Complete required documentation before end of shift.
