Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience providing supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow ISP/PCP plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care per ISP/PCP.
• Train team members to support program goals and routines.
• Assist with daily routines including meals, medication, hygiene.
• Monitor health needs and report concerns.
• Complete program documents and billable records timely.
