Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering, Quality, or Product Development experience.
• Experience managing direct material categories in packaging, ingredients, chemicals, or other complex materials.
• Success in category management, sourcing, supplier relationship management & commercial negotiations.
• Experience working in global or highly matrixed organizations.
