MYTEX Polymers US Corp in Indiana seeks a seasoned procurement professional to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost reductions across the Performance Polymers Division. You will lead sourcing strategies, assess suppliers, and ensure contract compliance to support business goals.

You will collaborate with global procurement teams, facilitate complex negotiations, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in purchasing or supply chain management; five years or more of purchasing experience.
• Computer proficiency: SAP, Microsoft Office; Excellent presentation and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills; familiarity with Contracts, NDAs, MSAs and all agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate supply risks.
• Research, analyze, and forecast buying trends and markets with focus on target demographics.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve business savings using best practices.
• Prepare purchase orders in line with final negotiations and organizational targets.
• Act as Business Relationship Partner for Performance Polymers Division to meet procurement needs.
• Collaborate with Central/Global Procurement on corporate contracts and cross-business sourcing.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to stay informed on new products and trends.
