Qualifications

• This is an excepted service GS-15 position with DoS/IC security requirements.
• Experience managing complex construction facilities projects and architecture studies.
• Expert knowledge of DoS overseas building operations and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and consultation to DoS overseas facilities projects ensuring alignment with IC objectives.
• Lead planning, design reviews, and security countermeasures for diplomatic facilities.
• Coordinate with DoS planning teams, technical security staff, and general contractor security staff.
• Develop reports and information required by ODNI, OMB, Congress, and other agencies.
• Lead and manage multiple facilities projects abroad addressing security, space, and cost considerations.
