Job summary

Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) seeks a senior security leader to guide the organization’s intelligence strategy and oversight. The role requires coordination with the IC and national partners to ensure alignment with mission objectives at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC.

The incumbent will direct policy implementation, oversee the Security and Certification Department, and establish robust insider threat programs, while ensuring eligibility for highly sensitive requirements such as

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large, complex security program.
• Ability to obtain DoD TS/SCI with Yankee White.
• Strong knowledge of security policies and oversight frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Directs the development and execution of the organization’s overarching intelligence strategy.
• Oversees the implementation of intelligence policies and analytical activities within IO frameworks.
• Directs personnel and activities of the Security and Certification Department.
• Meets with national level agencies and senior IC officials to ensure readiness.
• Develops and implements the Insider Threat Program to safeguard the agency.
