Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining room operations and ensure residents receive prompt, courteous, high-quality service.
• Supervise and train dining room staff.
• Ensure dining room is properly set up and maintained (tables, chairs, linens, silverware).
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Respond to resident concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu items meet residents' satisfaction.
• Assist with planning and executing special events (holiday dinners, themed dinners).
