Job summary

Omega Senior Living Llc is seeking a friendly dining room server to provide efficient, courteous service to residents and guests. You will maintain the dining room and service area in a clean and orderly fashion and assist residents with daily care needs as necessary.

Responsibilities include serving meals, staying informed on menus, handling special requests, clearing and resetting tables, assisting with plating and garnishing, and keeping salad bar and soup area stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prefer prior experience in a commercial restaurant, assisted living or SNU environment.
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Must maintain cleanliness, sanitation and order in work areas.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide table services to residents and guests according to Omega Senior Living standards.
• Maintain the dining room and service area in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Assist residents with daily care needs as necessary and communicate professionally.
• Take note of resident or guest special requests and accommodate when possible.
• Perform plate preparation, garnishing and assist with food plating as directed.
