Omega Senior Living is seeking staff for our Edmond dining services to provide courteous table service to residents and guests while maintaining a clean dining area. You will assist with daily care tasks and support food functions per our policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include serving meals, presenting a professional image, handling special requests, and ensuring smooth plating and garnishing. Prior food service or assisted living experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in a commercial restaurant, assisted living or SNU environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides table services to residents and guests.
• Maintains a clean and professional dining room environment.
• Assists residents with daily care needs as directed.
• Performs food plating, plating preparation and garnishing as needed.
• Cleans tables and delivers used tableware to the dish area.
• Resets tables with fresh linens and tableware.
• Maintains salad bar and soup table stock and setup.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience in restaurant or assisted living environment
