Job summary
Capital Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer IV focused on Enterprise AI to design, implement, and govern AI solutions that connect to Capital Group's systems, data, and processes.
You will lead complex integrations with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem, partnering with security, legal, and product teams to deliver scalable, responsible AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms via APIs, connectors, and data flows.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and govern enterprise AI solutions connecting to Capital Group systems and data.
- Lead complex AI connectivity patterns and reusable engineering foundations.
- Partner with Security, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance to meet governance standards.
- Mentor engineers and drive adoption of reusable architectures and best practices.
- Shape technology strategy and roadmaps for Capital Group's AI ecosystem.
