Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience, with 6–8 years of management experience.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in engineering or consulting with strong knowledge of operational processes, systems, tools, improvement initiatives, process digitalization, and digital transformation in high-growth companies.
• Strong storyteller able to drive organizational change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, design, development, and deployment of critical Quality workstream processes.
• Embed quality principles across the product lifecycle and partner with other workstreams to deliver an integrated, closed-loop Quality Management System (QMS).
• Promote a quality-first, no-fault-forward mindset across the business.
• Serve as the quality champion within the Idea to Retire (I2R) workstream and sub-groups; capture and prioritize quality requirements.
• Shift effectively between strategy, planning, and execution across project phases.
• Champion the transformation project’s governing principles and drive consistent future-state solutions across capabilities and workstreams.
