Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Digital Transformation – Quality Manager to spearhead the design and deployment of quality processes across the product lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional efforts to embed quality, drive governance, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within a market-leading semiconductor company.

You will engage stakeholders, manage complex requirements, and guide rapid transformation initiatives to unlock efficiency and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with 6–8 years of management experience.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in engineering or consulting with knowledge of operational processes and digital transformation benefits.
• Strong ability to drive organizational change and communicate complex ideas.
