Job summary

City Brewing Company is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of strategic digital programs across enterprise-wide, cross-functional teams. This role partners with executives, IT, and end users to enable successful program management and change adoption.

The position oversees full lifecycle delivery using Agile and Waterfall, including scope, timeline, budget, and benefits realization to support City Brewing Company's digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related experience.
7+ years leading enterprise or global technology programs.
Experience deploying ERP/CRM/HCM/WMS/MES with at least one full cycle.
Proficiency in Scrum/Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
Travel up to 20% of the year.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-area IT programs across infrastructure, cyber, apps, and collaboration tools.
Provide day-to-day leadership to cross-functional program teams.
Develop and maintain program plans with milestones and dependencies.
Drive execution, manage risks, and ensure delivery quality.
Govern vendors and systems integrators, manage SOWs and milestones.
Create and maintain a Communication Plan for programs.
Lead change management, readiness, and training efforts.
Monitor budgets, headcount forecasts, and ROI outcomes.
Ensure SOX and regulatory compliance for system changes.
