Job summary

prado is expanding and seeking a Senior Business Analyst to analyse and optimise end-to-end business processes across multiple brands and functions. You will translate needs into clear requirements and safeguard digital transformations by avoiding complexity and scope creep.

You will coordinate workshops, own or co-own digital projects, and support users with in-depth analyses, driving cross‑functional alignment and pragmatic standardisation. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, engineering, IT or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in business/ digital/ process analysis or transformation.
• Strong analytical and structured mindset with the ability to simplify complex organisations.
• Experience or strong interest in ERP, CRM and integration platforms; familiarity with Dynamics, Business Central, CPQ, low-code or iPaaS is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and understand business processes end-to-end across brands and functions.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured process and system requirements.
• Act as a safeguard during digital transformations by challenging scope creep and complexity.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Take ownership or co-ownership of digital projects within scope, timing and budget.
• Support key users and process owners with in-depth analyses.
• Drive alignment across teams by clarifying ownership and standardising processes.
• Explain changes and their impact during ERP go-live and releases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Prado’s digital and operational landscape.
• Explore and experiment with AI-driven opportunities such as GenAI use cases.
