Straub Collaborative, a creative production studio in Portland, OR, seeks a Digital Retoucher Level 3 to own advanced retouching, clipping paths, product shaping, and consistent color across images. You will execute high-level Photoshop workflows and ensure QC against client guidelines while mentoring junior retouchers.

This role offers a fast-paced studio environment with opportunities to train others and contribute to workflow efficiency. Overtime may be required during seasonal rushes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of post production retouching experience.
• 2 years of critical color experience with client references.
• Advanced Photoshop skills: retouch, pathing, blending, masks, color correction, actions.
• Advanced product shaping skills and understanding color profiles.
• MacOS knowledge and file server proficiency.
• Clear, concise communication in English; team collaboration.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Post production execution and quality control to client style guides.
• Create deliverables files and perform QC before posting to server.
• Train and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 post operators.
