AVANGRID SERVICE COMPANY is seeking a Senior Digital Tech Lead in Orange, CT to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade software that enables business objectives. You will lead technical delivery, shape architecture, and drive performance and reliability across web and mobile platforms.

You will mentor engineers, enforce standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering with 10+ years experience.
• Master’s degree with 7+ years experience.
• Senior engineering or technical leadership in Agile DevOps.
• Experience designing large-scale, multi-tier apps that scale across web and mobile.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, and implement system software and applications aligned with business requirements.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across engineering teams and mentor engineers.
• Enforce architectural decisions, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle and drive continuous improvement.
