Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a Platform-Digital Systems Engineering leader at our North Reading, MA development center. Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with leadership or principal engineer roles.
• Ability to lead technical direction across engineering teams, customers, and executives.
• Strong understanding of digital DFT, semiconductor test strategies, ATE architectures, and production test requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term technical direction for select digital product lines on Teradyne’s UltraFLEXplus tester.
• Drive architecture trade-offs and recommendations balancing performance, scalability, and cost.
• Represent Teradyne at external conferences and standards discussions to gather VOC and benchmark technologies.
• Influence customers and internal teams with architecture decisions and technical strategy.
