Job summary

BD is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Business Partner to serve as the senior technology advisor and strategic business-facing partner for the Medical Essentials segment. Based in Franklin Lakes, NJ, this role will drive a forward-looking digital strategy, accelerating growth, quality, and compliance through AI, analytics, and cloud technologies.

You will lead cross-functional teams and advocate modern, scalable digital solutions to improve customer value and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years in IT business partnering, digital transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Experience with SDLC, validation, data integrity, security, privacy, cGxP, and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into digital priorities and roadmaps.
• Lead demand intake, portfolio governance, and prioritization.
• Oversee program delivery with cross-functional teams.
