Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Senior Digital Strategy Consultant to bridge business intent and technical delivery across AEP powered programs. You will translate goals into actionable use cases, measurement plans, and requirements for Adobe Experience Platform configuration and activation.

You will partner with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to ensure every customer journey is clearly defined, measurable, and ready for execution.

Qualifications

Experience translating business goals into technical requirements and use cases.
Strong ability to define KPIs, measurement plans, and reporting.
Excellent communication for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Translate business priorities into journey maps, epics, and actionable digital use cases.
Define measurable KPIs and value frameworks to guide decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate goals and prioritize activation use cases.
Develop detailed requirement documents and data dependencies.
Support workshops, discovery sessions, and cross-functional alignment.
