Responsibilities

• Gather and understand client objectives, technical requirements, and KPIs.
• Align technical recommendations with goals and feasibility.
• Translate business use cases into scalable designs balancing flexibility, reporting, integration dependencies, and platform guardrails.
• Document actionable recommendations to mitigate implementation risks and improve adoption.
• Assess client environments and identify implementation gaps relative to objectives.
• Design best-practice solutions based on findings and platform capabilities.
• Analyze complex technical issues, evaluate solution options, and facilitate customer discussions around recommendations.
• Guide on integration technologies and patterns, including REST APIs, webhooks, and interoperability across Adobe and non-Adobe systems.
• Support solution troubleshooting across Adobe Analytics, CJA, Adobe Target, and AEP RTCDP.
• Utilize Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Assurance logging, and related tools to validate implementations and troubleshoot issues.
• Interact regularly with clients, including marketers, analysts, developers, and executive stakeholders.
